In 1963 after Ibne Safi's cure from schizophrenia, editor of daily Hurriyat, Karachi, Janab Fakhr-e-Maatri persuaded Ibne Safi to write a novel for his newspaper. Ibne Safi agreed and Imran's special novel Doctor Duago started publishing on weekly basis in daily Hurriyat. Fakhr-e-Matri ensured that Ibne Safi's comeback should be advertised properly so he published big posters that were glued at various bookstalls in Karachi and other parts of Pakistan.

Pictures of following two novels were drawn by Mohammad Hanif in early 70s.

Nayyar Khan is a fan of Ibne Safi's novels. He has presented scenes of Jasoosi Duniya by selecting images from the English comic series.
