On Ibne Safi's Style...

"Mysteries, thrillers and suspense stories have been written by many a great western writers including Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Edgar Alan Po and Chester Mig etc. In our case the literary pundits are convinced of total excommunication of this genre from the world of literature altogether. This is true that without the best standards of characterization and seriousness of the topics, the detective novel can not rise to the level of a novel, on the basis of just a plot, which is complex, and full of suspense. A good writer explores the depths of human psyche even in a detective novel. In Ibne Safi's writings "What comes next" is not as important. Here we get to spend quality time in company of Faridi, Hameed, Qasim, Imran, Joseph, Sulaiman, Roashee and Juliana. Gesset, a great philosopher and a literary critic, calls this the real basis of a novel."
