Ibne Safi's house in Nazimabad, where he spent 23 years of his life until his demise.

The railing on the roof is new. The bougainvilea on the left of the main gate was indeed planted by my parents.

The original name plate used to be exactly under the door bell.

Where you see A/C fitted used to be the Drawaing room. A number of famous/historical personalities visited Abbou in this room.

This is exactly where we used to park our cars. The cars that Abbou had: Hilman Hunter (1960s), Opel Rekord (1970s) and towards the Toyota Corona till he passed away in 1980.

The window that you see is in Daadi's room whom we called "AmmaN".

The bougainvillea tree to the left of main gate was planted by my parents. My mother was fond of gardening and she had planted many trees and flower plants at this spot.

This grill was put in after Abbou's demise. The door on the left lead to the inside of the home. We used to call that corridor "rahdaari". In rahdaari the first door to the left was of Daadi's room. The next door was Abbou and Aapa's (we used to call our Ammi Aapa).

Abbou's room was the first window if you follow the gully on the left in this picture. This door lead to the courtyard (sehen) and till mid 70s there was a mango tree to the right of the black gate in the sehen.

Aqsa Mosque where Abbou's Namaz-ha-e-janaza was performed by Qazi Karim Khan Sheb". Also in 1968 my Dada Safiullah Saheb's, in 1976 my Nana Maulana Najam Ahsan Nagrami Saheb's and in 2005 my brother Dr. Isar Ahmad Safi's Namaz-ha-e-janaza were performed here.
